The most expensive home for sale in America could be yours for a cool $195-million.
CNBC got a look inside The Chartwell Estate.
The Bel Air property near Los Angeles was owned by the late media mogul Jerry Perenchio, the former CEO of Univsion.
The home is a cozy 25,000 square feet features 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a 75-foot swimming pool and a wine cellar capable of storing 12,000 bottles.
While the $195-million price tag is steep, CNBC reports that the prce was actually cut by $50-million.
According to the report: "If the exterior looks familiar, that’s because it was used in “The Beverly Hillbillies,” a TV series that aired from 1962 to 1971, as the Clampetts’ mansion."
