There's dashcam video showing Dallas drivers sharing the interstate with an electric scooter user.
The Lime scooter has a top speed of about 17 mph, but highway speeds should be closer to 70.
The heavy traffic on Monday morning meant drivers were going a lot more slowly and the scooter rider was able to cross six lanes of traffic.
Scooters are prohibited from the interstate and the company that owns them encouraged riders to act responsibly.
