An Ohio jury is awarding millions to a woman who tripped over a "Wet Floor" sign at an Ohio casino.
According to Cincinnati.com, Lynda Sadowski tripped over the sign while it was flat on the floor.
There's video that shows customers knocked over the pop-up sign, but an employee failed to pick it up just moments before Sadowski tripped.
Sadowski suffered a broken knee cap and metal hardware was placed in her knee.
The jury in Hamilton County, OH awarded her $3-million after the case went to trial.
