Prosecutors are releasing the surveillance video that shows a cold-blooded murder in Miami.
Investigators are still searching for a motive in the murder of Leandro Lopez, but say the video shows David Paneque is the trigger man.
Paneque is Cuban and was supposed to be deported years ago, but was released by immigration officials.
The 29-year-old Paneque has a long history of gang-related crimes in South Florida.
He's now in jail awaiting trial for first-degree murder.
