Seven South Florida restaurants have been shut down. The closures come as a result of state inspections done last week.
A live roach was found in a pot of cooked potatoes at Indian Curry & Sweets in Sunrise. Similar pest issues were found at Los Taco's, Mac Daddy Subs, and I Sushi Cafe in Plantation.
El Lyon Super Restaurant in North Miami was shut down for a second time due to a roach infestation.
