Chinese Woman Carries Malware Into Mar-a-Lago

A woman carrying a device containing computer malware was arrested for bypassing Secret Service at President Trump's Mar-a-Lago club.

Federal prosecutors say Yujing Zhang, 32, walked through the checkpoint outside the Palm Beach club by telling the agents she was a member who wanted to use the pool. According to the court documents, Zhang showed two passports as identification.

Agents questioned if she was on the membership list, but thought Zhang could have been the daughter of a member or her unclear response was due to a language barrier.

Zhang’s story changed when she approached the front desk and told the receptionist she was there to attend the United Nations Chinese American Association. There was no nothing even close booked on the schedule board.

When agents arrested her she had four cellphones, a laptop computer, an external hard drive and a thumb drive containing computer malware.

Zhang is charged with making false statements to federal agents and illegally entering a restricted area. She remains in custody pending a hearing next week.

There was no mention if Zhang came close to President Trump.
