Wilton Manor residents woke up Monday morning to find their car windows shattered and their owner's manual missing.
Police say nine vehicles were targeted next to an apartment complex along the 2000 block of Northeast Fifth Avenue. Investigators believe they were broken into between 3 and 5 a.m.
