A University of Tennessee football player faces multiple charges after his arrest in Miami-Dade County.
UT defensive back Kenneth George Jr. was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 7 a.m. Thursday.
The charges George received include battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, resisting an officer without violence and disorderly conduct.
The redshirt junior from Lafayette, Louisiana, spent the 2016 and 2017 seasons at Trinity Valley Community College in Texas. He missed most of the 2018 season following a leg injury.
George's bond was set at $6,500.
