A lifeguard stand goes up in flames on Miami Beach.
Miami Beach Police and Fire units were dispatched to the scene along 71st Street and Collins Avenue around 4 this morning.
They do believe this is suspicious.
A short distance away, a man was found badly beaten and another man was taken into custody.
No word if the arrest is connected to the fire.
