A Broward County inmate used a blade from a shaving razor to remove his penis he then flushed down the toilet.
According to a report, the 32-year old was heard banging and standing at his cell door saying, “I have a medical emergency. I just cut my penis off and flushed it down the toilet. I don't have a need for it anymore.”
The man was rushed to the hospital and later committed to a mental institution.
