Bravo's reality tv star, Peter Thomas, was arrested in Miami for writing fraudulent checks, according to Miami-Dade Police. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is also the ex-husband of fashion model Cynthia Bailey.
The 58-year-old was arrested at the Miami International Airport on a fugitive warrant. He quickly responded via social media to the show's fans saying the allegations are false.
This isn't the first time Thomas is faced with legal troubles, prosecutors dismissed an assault charge against him last year.
A former employee of his bar, Sports One in uptown Charlotte, filed a charge claiming he assaulted her in the club.The prosecutor decided she didn't have enough evidence to prove the charge in court.
In addition to Sports One, Thomas owns a club in Charlotte, Club One.
