Two people were injured when a portion of a roof collapsed Thursday morning in Doral, according to police. The accident occurred at 9695 NW 13th St. at a building that is under construction.
A medical helicopter landed near Ruben Dario Middle School to airlift the victims. They were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center in Miami. Their condition is unknown at this time.
