Once again, Governor Ron DeSantis is turning to South Florida and the Third District Court of Appeals to find his choice for the Florida Supreme Court.
His latest pick is Judge Robert Luck, a South Florida native who went to North Miami Beach Senior High School.
Luck has been on the Third D-C-A since 2017. That's the same court where Chief Judge Barbara Lagoa was serving before DeSantis tapped her for the Supreme Court last week.
There is one more vacancy left to fill on the bench.
