A Dania Beach man says he shot and killed his roommate when he demanded he take him to get something to eat.
Rick Lane told police that his roommate, Jonathon Miller, was armed with a gun when he entered his room around 2:30 this morning, demanding a ride.
Lane shot Miller three times and the 31-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Lane was questioned by deputies, but he was released and not charged.
