A teacher from Doral faces charges after police say she sent a 13-year-old student inappropriate text messages.
Andrea Jimenez, 47 is charged with lewd and lascivious assault on a child along with using a computer for prohibited purposes. Cops say the teacher told the male student she loved him and wanted to have sex. She allegedly grabbed his face and tried to kiss him on another occasion.
Authorities are not releasing the name of the school nor whether she's been fired.
