Miami Beach police are investigating a video that shows a uniformed officer punching a man in the face, knocking him unconscious.
The "Miami Herald" obtained the video that was released as part of a Whistleblower Report by a fellow officer.
Officer Adriel Dominguez has been relieved of his patrol duties while the Internal Affairs Unit conducts an investigation.
Chief Dan Oates also says the State Attorney's Office has been notified.
Officer Dominguez has been on the force since August of 2016.
