Police are investigating a threat made Friday against Westland Hialeah Senior High School, a Miami-Dade County Public Schools spokeswoman confirmed.
The spokeswoman said police have no reason to believe the threat is credible. As a precaution, however, authorities are at the school at 4000 W. 18th Ave. and are investigating the threat.
The school has not been placed on lockdown and is operating on its regular schedule.
