One man is dead and several are injured after a police-involved shooting overnight in Miami Gardens.
Police were dispatched to a home along Northwest 189th Street and First Avenue after reports of a shooting.
Police have yet to confirm this, but it appears that officers arrived at the scene and engaged in a chase involving a stolen vehicle.
Police reportedly approached the driver of that stolen car.
The driver allegedly ran into and injured an officer with the car before crashing into a home.
Multiple shots were reported fired by multiple officers.
The driver/subject was hit by a bullet, transported to the hospital, and was pronounced dead there of their injuries.
Police are currently talking to witnesses in the area.
At this point it is unknown if authorities are looking for any other suspects.
