A rescue out on the open waters off Miami.
According to NBC6, three men out fishing late last night have been rescued off the Julia Tuttle Causeway & Biscayne Bay, when rough waters caused their boat to sink.
One man swam for help. In the end, First Responders from several agencies found the other two.
