Delta Air Lines is apologizing after a black woman claims an agent called police when she tried to report her luggage had been damaged.

The whole thing reportedly happened last month after "Arlene" traveled from Kentucky to Boston, noticing her bag was ripped in several places, she decided to file a claim at Logan International Airport. The situation seemed to escalate when "Arlene" claims the employees were snickering at her and being generally rude.
