Retail giant Target plans to hire 120,000 seasonal workers this holiday season. That's a 20-percent increase in seasonal hiring from last year.
Target expects to receive more online orders this holiday season, and is doubling the number of temporary jobs to meet the rising demand for its order pickup and drive-up services.
All temporary workers hired by the store after this Sunday will start at $12 per hour.
Target will hold hiring events at its stores nationwide in mid-October.
