Florence May Have Been Downgraded, But FEMA Says Still Take Precaution

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is warning people not to let their guard down even though Hurricane Florence was downgraded to a Category 2 storm.  

On Thursday morning, FEMA Administrator Brock Long said the size of Florence has expanded and "time is running out" for people to evacuate the area. 

Long warned parts of the Carolinas could see days of rain, record flooding, and widespread power outages.
