A suspected jewel thief is behind bars following his arrest in Miami.
Police say Tamaz Hubel, 67, was arrested Sunday as he was getting ready to board a plane from Miami International Airport to France. Hubel allegedly stolen two diamonds worth $170,000 from a Chicago jewelry store on June 6th. Federal authorities helped police track the Sunny Isles Beach man to Miami, where he is being held pending extradition to Chicago.
