Former Dolphins Cheerleader, Legal Team Propose $1 Settlement

A former Miami Dolphins cheerleader who claims she was discriminated against due to her religion and gender, said her and her lawyer will propose a settlement — for the whopping price of $1.

Kristan Ann Ware, the former NFL cheerleader, recently sued the Miami Dolphins.

Kristan Ware spent three seasons with the Miami Dolphins. She said she was ridiculed and disciplined for posting a photo of herself on social media being baptized.

Now, Ware and her lawyer are proposing a $1 settlement in exchange for a meeting with the NFL’s commissioner, Roger Goodell. Ware’s lawyer is also representing former New Orleans Saints cheerleader Bailey Davis, who said she was fired for posting a photo wearing a body suit.
