Officials with the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport say an estimated 50 gallons of fuel have leaked onto a tarmac.
Broward Sheriff’s Fire Rescue said they are working to contain the situation after a tank of aviation fuel began leaking onto the tarmac behind Terminal One, Tuesday morning.
Firefighters said that they estimate about 50 gallons has leaked onto the ground.
