Former President Trump will be allowed to leave New York to be in Palm Beach County on May 17th.
That's the day of Trump's youngest son Barron's high school graduation.
The judge in his hush money trial announced on Tuesday that there will be no session on that day, which is a Friday.
18-year old Barron is set to graduate from Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach.
Trump had previously lamented that he would be stuck in the Manhattan courtroom when the judge did not immediately grant permission a couple of weeks ago.
