A Broward judge is expected in court today, but she's going to be on the other side of the bench.

Suspended Judge Gisele Pollack is taking responsibility for the drunken car crash she caused in Plantation back in May and is pleading guilty to DUI.

Her attorney, Eric Schwartzreich, says they'll next go in front of the Judicial Qualifications Commission in the hopes it and the Florida Supreme Court will agree to reinstate her.

He claims Pollack is now winning her battle against alcoholism.

Before the crash, Pollack did two stints in rehab after she showed up to court drunk.

Her other attorney, David Bogenschutz, argues Pollack has been upfront for years about her fight with drinking, and it should be voters who decide when she should be removed from the bench.

Her term doesn't expire until 2016.
