A South Florida mom accused of parental abduction agrees to a plea deal to avoid more jail time.

Carrie Weingarth is sentenced to two years probation for taking her oldest son out of school and driving with her boyfriend and two other sons to California where she was nabbed a week later.

Initially she tried to argue there was no court order outlining custody, but today pleaded no contest to the charges.

She will also undergo mental and drug evaluations and take a parenting course.
