It's going to be at least another week before sentencing takes place for a man accused of hijacking a jetliner to Cuba thirty years ago.
Attorneys for William Potts asking for a delay today after federal prosecutors filed last-minute classified documents.
Potts could face up to life in prison, but it's unknown if the U-S will factor 13-year-old he served in a Cuban prison.
The 57-year-old returned to the U.S. last fall and pleaded guilty in May.
Sentencing is being rescheduled for next Thursday.
