Sandor Guillen gets 20 years.

Guillen sentenced Friday after being convicted of DUI Manslaughter in March for running a red light and killing the 13-year old Camacho who was sleeping in the back seat of the family's van.

During the trial, Guillen's attorney tried to make claims detectives botched the investigation by destroying evidence.

He was originally looking at up to 30 years in prison.
