A new train station unveiled in downtown Miami.

The rail line would run from government center through Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach up to Orlando.

Florida East Coast Industries President Vincent Signorello says the line will set new standards for rail travel in the United States.

Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez says the project won't cost taxpayers a dime.

The station would also contain shops, restaurants and offices.

If all goes well, the station could be up and running by 2016.
