The bloody school stabbing that took place at a Pennsylvania High School is leaving many wondering if their schools need tighter security measures.

Franklin Regional High School is known to be a safe school in a safe neighborhood, but that likely won't be stopping school districts from talking safety concerns.

24/7 News Network Reporter Amy Warner is on the scene and says one issue could be brought up in the near future.

"The school does not have metal detectors," says Warner, "So that could be something that will looked into in the future. Aside from that, the parents were pleased with the way it was handled and the way the students conducted themselves."

Meantime, cops say Alex Hribal will be charged as an adult.

He's charged with four counts of attempted homicide and 21 counts of aggravated assault. He was shackled by his hands and feet and was dressed in a hospital gown.
