Major injury news has hit the Eastern Conference Finals as the series shifts to Miami.  Pacers star Paul George suffered a concussion in last night's Game 2 loss to the Heat.

He now must pass all the checkpoints in an extensive NBA concussion policy to be cleared to play in Saturday's Game 3 back in Miami.

George did not initially disclose his symptoms after taking a Dwyane Wade knee in the back of the head in the 4th quarter.  He told reporters following the game that he momentarily blacked out and suffered blurred vision.
