Renters of units at a Miami Gardens Public Storage facility continued arriving at the location, at 3505 N.W. 167th Street, Tuesday morning to check on their property after several units caught fire Monday afternoon.

About 40 units were damaged from the flames and the smoke.

The initial damage estimate was about $150,000.

No one was hurt in the fire.

Investigators say an electrical problem appears to have caused it, and it will most likely be ruled accidental.
