A longtime FBI employee is hired by the Miami Dolphins to oversee security in the wake of last year's bullying scandal.

Joe Cicini spent 23 years in the Miami division of the FBI, where he worked with the joint terrorism task force and special events task force.

He also provided crisis management training to pro and college sports teams.

Dan Caspersen, the new head of human resources, is a former EVP at "Toys "R" Us" and Target.

In a statement, Dolphins CEO Tom Garfinkle said he is committed to providing a productive and respectful work environment, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the employees and fans.
