Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega is apparently not a fan of video games.
He's filing a lawsuit from his Panamanian jail cell against Activision-Blizzard, the publishers of 2012's "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" video game.
Noriega is featured in a flashback portion of the game, and is claiming his image was used without consent and is seeking punitive damages and lost profits.
He also says he was unfairly portrayed as a villain and murderer.
