The man accused of causing an accident that killed a 4-year-old girl in a Florida daycare center will remain behind bars.

Robert Corchado is charged with slamming another car into the center, killing the girl and injuring 14 others and then taking off.

Corchado had a previous bond revoked last week stemming from another case and that will keep him locked up for the time being.

A prosecutor says he could be charged as a habitual offender which could mean life in prison.
