Parents at a Southwest Florida high school are coughing up some big bucks to make sure they have prime seating for their kid's graduation.

Manattee High School is selling the seats at 200-dollars a row.

Each bench seats about 15-people...which is about $13 a person.

The tickets sold out in four hours.

The new fees are said to be an effort for the school to cover an estimated $12,000 in graduation costs.

That after the school district pulled its $3,400 contribution this year.

The school does still offer a first-come, first-serve seating style for other areas the day of graduation.
