UPDATE 4/25 9:40am

Charges are filed against the driver of the black Lamborghini who was going at least 100 miles per hour when he caused a deadly crash on the MacArthur Causeway.

Miami beach police Detective Bobby Hernandez says the 53-year-old driver faces vehicular homicide charges.

It could be a few weeks before the results of the blood alcohol tests are known. If alcohol is a factor, he will likely face DUI manslaughter.
