Charlie Crist's stance on Cuba could cost him votes.

A new Miami Herald poll shows his desire to visit Cuba would make 24 percent of Miami-Dade voters less likely to support him, while only 5 percent said they would be more likely to vote Crist.

Former Senator George LeMieux tells "South Florida's First News" in order for a Democrat to win Florida he or she must get big returns in Miami-Dade and Broward.

If Miami-Dade voters go against Crist because of Cuba he could be in trouble.

The same poll shows Crist has a 12 point lead over Governor Scott in Miami-Dade.
