The South Florida clinic operator who is accused of providing banned steroids to now-suspended Major League Baseball players will plead guilty in October to the charges.

Anthony Bosch appeared in Miami federal court Wednesday morning.

His attorney told the judge Bosch has signed a plea agreement in which he admits to illegally distributing performance-enhancing drugs.

Bosch had originally pleaded not guilty after he surrendered last month in connection to a bust of his Coral Gables anti-aging clinic that allegedly sold testosterone to New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez and others.
