Beatlemania returns to a New York as guitars played by George Harrison and Paul McCartney and doodles signed buy by John and Yoko sell for nearly a million bucks.
Harrison's 1962 Rieckenbacher guitar was the big ticket at Julien's Auction House fetching 657-thousand dollars. A bass used by McCartney got 125-thousand and those doodles bid out at 187-thousand.
